Q: I want to return or exchange my item, what do I do?
A: **All sales are final and we do not accept exchanges or returns.**
Q: I'm trying to place my order and I live in Australia, it's not working. Can you help?
A: We are sad to share that as of Sept 1 2021, we are unable to ship to Australia for the time being. This is due to USPS halting all services because of COVID-19 related reasons. We are hoping that this option opens up for us again soon, and we will continue normal business shipping to Australia, thanks!
Q: I live on a small farm in Slovelinakroatia, will you ship to me?
A: Yes! We ship internationally!
*Please Note* International customers are responsible for any import taxes/duties that may occur. Every country is different & some countries do not have any, but that is your duty to know.
Q: Will this fit me?
A: Every item's description has a sizing chart and that is the best information we can provide. If you are unsure if it will fit you, please order 1 size larger, just in case!
Q: Does the product have anything on the back?
A: If you do not see an image of the backside of the item, that means there is nothing on it.
Q: Thin Hoodie, is that for thin people?
A: Nope! We refer to it that way because it is a pullover-hoodie without the thick inner liner. Hence, "thin".
Q: I gave you the wrong shipping address/ordered the wrong size, can I change it?
A: Yes! Please do so IMMEDIATELY. Email info@senditsociety.com with your Order # & correct address/correct size. YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER. WE CANNOT LOOK UP YOUR ORDER WITHOUT IT.
Please note, If shipping addresses are entered incorrectly and the item is lost or returned, the buyer is responsible for new shipping costs or lost items.
Q: It says my package is delivered, but I don't see it!!
A: If you are an international customer, USPS marks the item as "delivered" once it reaches your country's customs. At that time, it will transfer to your local parcel delivery service typically within 2-3 weeks.
A: If you are a USA customer, that means USPS has delivered your package & unfortunately, if stolen from your home, customers are responsible for the receipt of their package.
Q: I live in a land where our currency is candy bars & hugs, can you give me stuff for free?
A: No. Unfortunately our gear isn't made of chocolate & human affection, so we have to charge. Stay tuned to my twitter @EltonCastee for occasional sales & discounts though!
Q: When is my order shipping? I can't wait!
We pack orders to leave our warehouse on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Since we are a small business functioning out of our garage, we truly appreciate your patience and we also can't wait for you to get your gear!
